Anne Ashton Aylett [Received Nomini Plantation deemed upon a consumacon of the marriage to give to her & the heirs of her body lawfi;;u begotten by William Aylett Junior, includings lands & slaves, all the tract of land where her father was residing, known by the name of Nominy Plantacon, lying on the North side of Nominy River, containing by estimacon one thousand acres patented by Col Thomas Speak, 16th day of September 1651, the tract of land formerly belonging to Richard Sturman, land lying in the Forrest of Nominy, containing one thousand & four acres by patent bearing date the 26th day of October 1666;

Slaves Franck, Barrett, Joe, Brook, Patience, Sary, Arthur, Moll, Nell, Natt, one, Jenny, Matthew, Dick & Julatto Richard; Forty head of cattle and forty head of Hoggs]
