Plum Tree Memory

Almost a cocktail

I bought a 33.8 fl oz bottle of Lavender le Sirop de Monin a while back. I wanted it so bad, thinking of how good it would be to have in drinks, but I could not decide what I was in mood for until now.

I have blue label V.S.O.P E&J Brandy, decided to ice my glass let the ice melt a little added about 1 1/2 fingers of brandy, maybe a little less, not so much wanting to taste the brandy, about 3 tablespoons lavender syrup with additional 1 tablespoon water, stirred with my finger, only because I am sitting upstairs with no utensils.

Letting the syrup and ice blend with the brandy, yum!

I would use lavender blossoms for a garnish if I had some, maybe a mint leaf.

Changed up the drink, added more ice, to the same glass, then 1 oz of orange juice with high pulp, I love pulp in my o.j., I would dress this with an orange slice and a few blossoms of lavender. It is delicious!
