Anyone recognize an item such as this?
I've been cleaning up the last two weeks. Straightening up on my days off a little at a time. I have been around this area by the back door as recent as this morning, this wasn't here.
I'd heard voices around outside the backdoor, including the landlords, so I did not think anything of it, the door was locked.
When I discovered this no one was home or around to ask if they knew what it is.
Any ideas?
