Congressman, Tom Tiffany (add'l comments re: disability & rent)

Re: Homelessness in Superior WI, 2021, and the rental community participating in fraud for Anthony Burrell to achieve a demographic influencer with black voters, through rental agency such as Bachand, Kenny Reed, Superior Rental, etc. and my needs to find a place to live without having to claim a disability or be 62. The fraudulent activity surrounding Chelsea formerly of Superior Inn, who became an employee of the Wisconsin Social Service system, used certain law officers to make a place for herself and has caused my down-trodden condition which seemed to want to move me into a disability status within Wisconsin certainly to draw dollars, as your constituents literally were using drugs, and then tattling on one another getting their degrees at tax-payors expense and running me into the ground for the fun of it. It cost me $10K more than it should have to work towards my degree completion at UWS and that was directly due to Officer Troy Stag, who can speak about this publicly, Anthony Burrell who threatened Troy Stag with his paycheck to gain influence in the political sector for a black vote which was influenced by Amy Peterson who worked closely with Henry Banks of KUWS radio the "People of Color" program when I was also working at the station for 90 Street Jazz. Many people played with my life and the culmination is appears I have to claim a disability to rent a place that is more private and has my own living condition due to the constant intimidation by the black community members and social service organization who 'like to act on my employers' to gain custody and control of the District of Columbia.
