Regarding the 'war' of 2022 - 2023, between Ukraine and Russia.
The pressure put on the imports and exports process for Russia in my strict opinion was by a push of the U.S. Governing Port Authority persons, who did attempt to strong arm Russia through the Commonwealth of Virginia governing body under the 'right of rule' of the Crown of Zeeland, through the United Kingdom under the de facto, treasonous, illegal, crown governance of Charles Mountbatten, where his certainly demising mother, Elizabeth II was ailing and there was a lull between her exist and his false entry.
The U.S. participated in a ruse towards the government of Russia by believing they had authority over the Dardanelles through the Crown's of Great Britain, through the 'right of rule' of the Crown of Zeeland, as a supporting faction of the powers of governance of the United Kingdom.

Sometimes, when there is an expected change of power, that most assume is the correct action, without a full understanding of the scope of issues revolving around the rule of lands of Scotland, England, Ireland (as a whole) Wales, et.al. or the 'crown's governance', there is an expected refuting or insisting, particularly in the case of the Russian government, under Vladimir Putin, who was certainly aware of the right of rule of the crown's of Great Britain, or certainly of the Crown of Scotland, which does belong to the family members of Plum Tree Memory Family, that he did not have to 'go through' U.S. Port Authority for his imports and exports.
