Edward III receives in free-hold separate from the crown of France or England, the 'Duchy of Aquitaine' through the 'Treaty of Brétigny'.

As proviso of rights and access to goods and services for the family members of Plum Tree Memory Family, I, Ms. Jodi R. Trogstad Brennan, Queen Regent of Plum Tree Memory Family' acknowledge the rights of both of these descendants of King Edward III Plantagenet, Marvin Edward Trogstad and Donna Rae née Burns Trogstad, a.k.a. Delle, to be recipients of free-hold lands separate of the Crown's of England and France.

They, Marvin and Donna and their progeny descend from most if not all of the historical leaders of both England and France and are in conceptual phases of appreciation of this magnitude of rights, literally and figuratively.
