Treaty rights that belong to 'my family and the Pipelines across Minnesota Territory, and my fathers family's arrival in the Territory just prior to becoming Statehood.
I made public, on the 11th of July 2023, the claim of my families to the Grand Duchies of Cornwall and Lancaster, I feel my father, on that day to have been ceremoniously but falsely declared dead.
Having already told my father in February 2023 while he was staying at Cayuga Regional Medical Center, Brainerd, Crow Wing, Minnesota for Cancer followup therapy, I claimed the Crown of Scotland, my father married to a Werowocomoco descendant of the Virginia Tidewater region both with territorial rights and crown rights of the Commonwealth of Virginia which Charles Mountbatten is claiming for his family through 'right-of-rule' of the Crown of St. Edward, the Confessor, under the 'Crown of Zeeland', he was supposedly 'excited' unable to manage this, of course he was ill and not in a comfortable place to receive the information, though this had been public for more of four years, family neglected to make him aware of his right to responsibility to this issue.
For my own family, descent from original colonist, with rights to the Powhatan Confederacy over the Chief Tribal Leader of the Pamunkey Tribe, the hierarchical tribe of the Werowocomoco which has been falsely declared extinct, please consider in 2008, or prior to his presidency, Barack Obama also Elizabeth II did coerce or manipulate, Kevin Brown, the then Chief of the Pamunkey by strong-arm tactics also through the Senator from the '1st District of Mississippi', Bennie Thompson, along with the Black Caucus Leaders, too the M G Muthu Group Founder, out of California (founded in India), who owns and operates the 'National Harbor of Maryland Casino', they attempted to disavow my families line of descent of the Emperor of the Powhatan Confederacy, of the Virginia Tidewater Region or 'Three Sister's.
Many Native American Tribal Chief were aware of my families rights to be involved with the negotiating of these pipelines, or land in Minnesota, et.al., to know fully as we do descend from, King William IV, King James I Stewart, King Edward III Plantagenet, et.al., that the disavowing is an influencing factor over these pipelines due to the treaties rights negotiated with the United States Federal Bureau of Indian Affairs and other tribes, leaving my family deliberately out of the picture, our rights to governance over these treaties.
Based on their former behavior, as they were made to 'go trading' I feel family members of Plum Tree Memory Family - Genealogy were frightened, strong-arm, all unbeknownst to me. It is certain Governor Tim Walz, of the State of Minnesota as well as Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, a leader of the Ojibwa Tribe were aware of my family's rights.
Only recently, since approximately 2017 - 2019, I have learned of these rights of my families patriarch and matriarch's union and the affect of the North American Indian's, the Continent as it is through their lineage, the right to 'Crown Governance' of the Territories or Commonwealth of Virginia which does not belong to the Mountbatten's, Charles nor William.
I feel certain my former manager at York International Corporation, Sean Margiotta, Tom Tuchnowski, Mike Penrose, and many others were more informed, than my family regarding the Treaties, that we were left out of the loop with the negotiating with the Tribes and these companies.
I believe my father to have been a valued assets to the control of this circumstance and as such he was illegally removed from Hospice, a 91-year old man, left to be a victim of circumstance by this on-going fight between 'the Crown' and the Native American Tribes, possibly illegally detained, held against his will, subjugated, and violated.
