It is my understanding that the State of Virginia has public records that have induced the descendants of slaves from plantations of which belong to Plum Tree Memory family members ancestors to act out in public forums and with the use of law enforcement throughout the global community towards the descendants of the ancestors of these Plantations of the original British Colonies or Commonwealth of Virginia, such that it is illegal the acts that have been occurring and this Regent acting on the behalf of those descendants of the ancestors of Plantations owners does deem those descendants of slaves dangerous and wanton. Persons such as Actors and story-tellers: Oprah Winfrey, Henry Louis Gate, John Harrington, former Chief of Police of the City of St. Paul, Minnesota and many, many other slave descendants are seeking to attain, take-over and kill at will those descendants of Plantation owners. It is this Regents request that Oprah and any others who are known to have acted willfully to be detained and caused to be identified in public as persons who have actively sought and do seek the death and anhiliation of those descendants of the Plantation owners of whom they as slaves descendants do descend and proliferate.
It is this Regent's true belief that many persons within her family and community have been willfully negatively affected by the persons who descend from slaves of the plantations owned by the ancestors of Plum Tree Memory, that it is so that voodoo, witchcraft, and cyber-technology has been employed to cause physical harm and death over a broad range of individuals. Specifically that Oprah Winfrey herself and Henry Louis Gates and others did so act willfully to harm descendants of former slave plantation owners of which they do originate or simply to control governance.
