My mom used to exercise to Jack LaLane, and make me hold her feet while she did sit-ups. One time I laughed as she was coming up and I got cuffed on the head good.
My mom was 5'2" and over 500 lbs. I was about six or seven, maybe four or five. She was unhappy and blamed me for everything to her being overweight, not being Queen and losing the two babies before the last one was born in 1971.
Whew! Now look at my challenge before me, Jack LaLane's wife still exercising or the other lady drinking!
What to do, what to do?!
