Please recall, the State of Virginia has been very deceptive with regards to turning over land that belongs to persons with inheritable rights. Certainly, not all Virginian citizens feel it is about voting rights and feel compelled to value history and accurate placement of land. This isn't a black nor a white issue, nor is it about rich or poor. It is about the whole country of the United States knowing of who my parents were more than sixty years ago before much of land development occurred.
I've sought the assistance of Potomac Title company and have been rejected, and their representative states, "Their not getting into this fight". How's that? A private business company knows they are titling land that should be in my family's hands and your State and constituents have illegally profited.
This isn't a voting issue unless you are creating boundaries of part and parcel of land that should not be included in Districting for voting rights.
