I do not know if the marriage of Robert Kay Delle and my mother, Donna Rae née Burns is legitimate. Supposedly a lawyer came into the hospital while she was giving birth to her third child of Robert's, Julie Ann Delle, forced her to sign documents removing her custodial rights to the two older children, Donald Dewayne Delle and Linda Marie Delle.
I do not know if the removal of the children was legal.
Donald and Linda have absolute rights to the Crown governance of Scotland and the Great Seal of Scotland.
Julie, the third child supposedly was always suspect to the validity of paternity, whether it was Robert Kay Delle or Marvin Edward Trogstad, a man my mother met while working in the hospital with my father, Marvin's cousin Edrie.
My father had just returned from Germany, peace time, went to visit Edrie and saw my mother, and asked her to go for a soda. I do not know if my mother was still married to Robert Kay Delle, or if she was pregnant with Julie at the time.
My sister Julie was born May 1958, a year after Linda. My parents, Marvin Edward Trogstad and Donna Rae née Burns were married in October 1958.
My father did give Julie his last name, when I do not know. She was born a Delle. Which gives her absolute rights to Crown governance of Scotland and the Great Seal of Scotland.
What was the document that my mother was forced to sign. Who has it and what it entails is not known.
