The line between Virginia & North Carolina from the Sea to Peters Creek was surveyed in 1728 by the Hon. William Byrd, William Dandridge, (https://www.plumtreememoryfamily.com/dandridge-west) Richard FitzWilliams, Commissioners and McAlexander Irvine and McWilliam Mayo, Surveyors.


Engraved and published according to Act of Parliament by the Thomas Jefferson Geographer to hs royal highness the Prince of Wales at the corner of St Martins Lane, Charing Crofts London.
