It is a strong belief that Marvin Edward Trogstad has been taken against his will, facilitated by Crow Wing County officials, that he may be subjugated, assaulted and harmed due to the claim that has been made to the Crown of Scotland and the Grand Duchies.
There was a missing person report out on Marvin and Donna Trogstad from the fall of 2022. Marvin was discovered, in February 2023, to be in a hospital in Brainerd, where he apparently had been living with his spouse Donna and her daughter Linda Marie Delle Storey and her son Travis.
Marvin believed not aware of his right of his inheritance that he sought his entire life was right at his hand, yet due to extreme nature of demands in politics he was required to give and give and give, even in the afterlife was a planned project through cyber-technology. Marvin, my father was not aware of his nature and rights to govern large expanses of land, crown estates, titles, and the Grand Duchies.
In February of 2023, during a known time of Marvin's existent, located at a hospital in Brainerd, a 38 minute telephone call occurred with me, Jodi his biological daughter, he was made aware of his families claim to the Crown of Scotland.
On the day Marvin supposedly passed away, the 11th of July 2023, the Grand Duchies were claimed by his daughter, Ms. Jodi R. Trogstad Brennan. Marvin's death or disappearance is suspect.
Marvin's death, rather it is believed his death certificate is false, a continued commitment to support Charles Mountbatten, which the Crow Wing County has been doing since Linda Marie Delle Storey's marriage to Richard Storey or before during Donna and Robert's marriage, where they knew something about my mother and kept it from her.
The end of life process for my father are rather dismal, he has been detained, without an identity, no equity, no funds, and spurned by Linda and her father's family, now they are coveting his spouse, my biological mother.
It is believed due to the nature of citizens recently that there is a stimulus that the Native American tribes are coveting my father behind scenes to form political allegiance, using my father with the black community who Barack Obama and Elizabeth II interacted with through the Pamunkey Tribe to gain access to the family of Marvin Edward Trogstad, where they attempted to remove the rights of the family of Donna and Marvin, now hold Marvin as leverage with his children and grandchildren, forcing them to be subjects to the black community having interracial marriages or relationships, etc.

Marvin was last seen by me physically in 2015, in Mora Minnesota where I stopped by to visit with them before returning to Willmar from a visit to Superior Wisconsin.
Marvin, my father, and my mother were at my son's wedding in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2012, where we danced in celebration.
My mother and father went to Alaska in ~2017 - 2018, ?.
Marvin described to me in a 38 minute conversation in February 2023 that he was tired, only having some problems from his chemotherapy, though he never indicated he was dying during the conversation. This is when I told my father I claimed the Crown of Scotland during this conversation.
I filed a Guardianship/Conservatorship within days of being denied the privilege of speaking with my father by Linda Delle Storey and stated in the Guardianship/Conservatorship documents that Marvin had Crown Estates rights, and rights to the Grand Duchies.
Linda has been attempting to gain control of financials of the Crown Estates, something her father for more than twenty years, though I have only recently, within the last six years come to understand this, it is believed Linda's father, my mother first husband, and his brother's have known since he was married or having children with Donna, my biological mother.
Marvin is considered not dead and is considered missing and in danger.
Marvin has had his identity stripped from him at the demand of Charles Mountbatten, and other persons who demanded back in 2008, due to non-compete business demands of the MGM Group towards the Pamunkey Tribe on the East Coast of the North American continent, they directed an argument through the legislator facilitated by Bennie Thompson, of Mississippi, with the help of other Black Congressional Lawmakers, Black Caucus, and the Pamunkey Tribe and the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama and Elizabeth II, former, presumed deceased, de facto Monarch of the United Kingdom.
Marvin is considered to be missing, and in danger due to the extreme nature of his age and the nature of politics occurring in the White House, and among the North American Tribal nations and other entities, only recently discovered the MGM Group and its founder Chevalier Seva Ratna Dr. M G Muthu, of M G Muthu Group of Companies, though not limited to them, also the Federal Bureau of Indian Affairs Administrators; the Administrators of Mount Vernon who have been demanded by me to provision the rights of the family of Marvin and Donna Trogstad their rights to inheritable goods and services on the Eastern Coast of the North American continent and this does affect all aspects of the stated issues above.
As well, to her face and her assistant, Eleanor Norton Holmes, of the District of Columbia and Mayor Muriel Bowswer, they had been demanded to leave their position as Congress person of District of Columbia, due to the perverse nature of intent towards our family and total disregard, and encouragement to null and void our existence and change historical facts of the original colonies.
These are the suspect's including the State of Minnesota Tim Walz, Governor with his Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan whom all have known of our families rights to inheritable property as descendants of Augustine Washington Senior and Junior through my mother, through the Pamunkey Tribe, the De La Warrs, West, and many other original colonist, which Barack Obama and Elizabeth II directly attempted to through legislation remove our rights leading up to, prior to 2008 successfully accomplished in 2015.
Marvin Edward Trogstad death is proclaimed to be falsely stated, as well as his funeral and public obituary.
It is believed by me his biological daughter that due to the fact that I had this argument in public in excess, members of society having aggresed on me and threatened to harm me, I believe Marvin is alive, taken illegally from his last suspected, as described in his obituary, though unknown to me, Harmony House of Brainerd, Minnesota, my father Marvin Edward Trogtad is possibly being illegally detained, harmed, used and abused by lower caste society members as he was proclaimed through this legislation in 2015, to be associating and supporting a family of 'unknowns' the Delles, and they have been legislated unknowns unless associated to black people. They were null and void, as was the Delles, also half of his own progeny with Donna.
This bidding is coming from the United States legislators, and the United Kingdom of Parliament from Charles Mountbatten, who does not have a legal right to the Crowns Governance over Marvin Edward Trogtad, but also does involve the Country of India with Chevalier Seva Ratna Dr. M G Muthu and Tribal Leaders.
Marvin Edward Trogstad has legal authority of governance over the United States President and the United States Armed Forces and was a messy situation for Joe Biden, Barack Obama and Charles Mountbatten and his spouse, Camilla.
