Communication has been performed with regard to use of slaves descendants, inheritable, their increase, over the concern of the use of their labor how their labor was taxed by the State and Federal governing body, considering how this money was taxed, separated and used over the last seventy to ninety years and address employment concerns as well as need to take back land owed to the inheritor of these estates which includes 'tithables'.
