I had an issue with the use of cyber-technology used on my person and did go to the University of Minnesota ENT, where I believe a micro-chip was inserted into my ear(s).
In 1984, when leaving at my apartment, I was overcome with an earache in my right ear, enough to cause me to go into the emergency room at United Hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota.
I had an ear-wash performed. Maybe my 2nd or 3rd in my life. A common procedure.
In 2004, when at a high school award program in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, for my daughter. As the audience began to clap, I was struck almost to a crippling state with a loud 'rush' through my right ear. I was made off balance and it left me for more than year with an issue in my right ear.
I eventually went to the ENT doctor at the University of Minnesota when I was beginning to have imbalance issues, and still uncomfortable more than a year later.
I was in the office at the ENT of the University of Minnesota for almost three hours, almost asleep by the time the doctors came in. I never consider why it was taking me so long, I was almost in a hypnotic state.
I was asked to lay-down on my right-side, and a camera monitor on the wall near the bed, showed the doctors fingers with a small black spec similar to what was later in public described as a micro-chip.
This black spec was inserted into my left ear.
It took me many months more than that to realize that I had had problems with my right ear, not my left ear, and why would my ear issue dissipate the minute I received this little black spec in my left ear?
Later in public much discussion was occurring about micro-chipping humans, particularly those who had relations to being descendants of slave holders.
I believe the Barnes family from Indiana are relations of my family and I believe that we had been singled out through the use of micro-chip technology.
The River Bend Pet Hospital of Hastings, Minnesota where I had taken feral cats to receive special resources by the Vet owner of the location at the time, he was using the micro-chip technology in computer technology through animals and was horrified that I had not spay and neutered the feral cats and let them out of the house, instead was attempting to socialize them in house.

Resulting issues of this cyber-technology is 'to kill' through conversation through the ear canal, which can change the positive and negative within soft mucous membranse and does result in open wounds that cannot heal if the abuse is continued over long periods of time.
Black persons were positioned outside my locations and that of my family members homes and they did actively persue my family and social group.
This technology is perpetuated by the Country of India who sought to control the Crown of Scotland, and is currently an issue in public in politics as it does involve Charles and Camilla Mountbatten recently crowned, de facto Monarch line.
Using this cyber-technology on animals will results in many forms of cancer including likely what occurred with Phyllis Barnes.
