Act of Accord decrees that any lawfully of the body person descending from Richard, of York has a claim to the Crown of England.
Charles Mountbatten is being listed on the Crown of Scotland page as possessor of the Crown of Scotland as Charles III. This is not true nor accurate. Charles Mountbatten does not have a claim to this crown, the Crown of Scotland that his mother Elizabeth II aspired to but could not claim legally.

There they remained all but forgotten in a chest until 1818, when a group of people including Sir Walter Scott set out to find them. Since 1819 they have been on display in the Crown Room of Edinburgh Castle from where they are removed only for state occasions; the first in 1822 when presented to George IV, at the Palace of Holyroodhouse during his visit to Edinburgh, (the first visit to Scotland by a reigning monarch since Charles II in 1651).
On 24 June 1953, following her coronation at Westminster Abbey, the Crown of Scotland was carried before Elizabeth II in a procession from the Palace of Holyroodhouse to St Giles' Cathedral where the Honours of Scotland were presented to the monarch during a National Service of Thanksgiving.

With the marriage of King James I, Stewart and Joan Beaufort, 2 February 1424, the alliance of Scotland and England began.
I would really appreciate the lay public cease and desist making my crown sit on the top of a treasonous man such as Charles Mountbatten, who literally was in possession of a crown that ridiculed the Country of Wales and my father.
Elizabeth II Mountbatten and her mother and father were business partners with Ian Harding, my former brother-in-law's father, and they were business partners with Adolph Hitler leading up to World War II events that disrupted more than one hundred years of existence for many.
Stop the development of the improperly placed allegiance to Charles Mountbatten.

Having had this conversation today with my landlord, Ben Pechek, he likes to challenge me in the conversation, what I base my claim on, he asked me where my Army was. I stated, "do I need an army to make a rightful claim to the crown of Scotland?, no, I do not Ben".
I feel that my claim is best realized by the truth of what the lay-public has put forth in the public, and my own realization that I am a component of it.
More importantly, I did declare a Dictatorship over the legislative process of the United States due to the nature of deceit and misrepresentation of the family members of Marvin and Donna Trogstad or the family members of Plum Tree Memory Family for the whole of the reign of Elizabeth II, where I term her now a de facto Monarch.
Her reign again was much about George VI and Elizabeth I moving into being King and Queen which they did not have a rightful claim to.
With Elizabeth II's parents participants in the greatest of the whole of time, the extermination of Jews in mass, simply because these people knew that there was people in America who had a stronger claim to the crown than George VI or George V.
What I did state to my landlord, was I believe an Army Sargent named 'Stuart', who married Sandy Bachman an old neighbor on Dodd Road in West St. Paul, Minnestoa around about 1976 time frame was aware of my parents rights to ascend to the crown. They lived right next door to my parents until Frank Stewart got Sandy Bachman's fourth child Cindy Bachman pregnant.
One night I was babysitting for Cindy Foster a woman my mom and sister worked with at Wilder Nursing Home. My sibling had dated Steve Marx, and Cindy Foster was in a relationship with Rick Marx. I was babysitting Benji.
Frank and Cindy showed up, I opened the door, and they did not even really enter the room or apartment, Frank started pouring vodka and orange juice and made me drink three large Tupperware glasses of this concoction. It is now my full belief Frank Stewart did attempt to murder me with an excess of 'vodka' while I was babysitting. Thank god I threw up. They left me in that condition. I have no idea for how long.
Now, almost fifty years later I wonder what Stuart's pull is in this illegal legislation geared to 'the Army' for a defense bill, that arms the United States Army that is more Charles Mountbatten, then the United States public Armed Forces, and what others, specifically the Ukraine's who supposedly were the first to instigate the violence leading into World War II. They are now receiving arms benefits and the Army is receiving salary increases and I feel strongly Joe Biden is pointing this defense at my son and daughter and their families personally, as though they are the enemy.
Joe Biden has not acknowledge, much like past presidency the truth of our right to ascend to the Crown governance of Scotland over the Mountbatten's.
I made the claim the United States Government has deceived the public and the family of Marvin and Donna Trogstad pretty much the whole of the past 100 years. And I am certain I am right.
