Good Day: I am aware of the known ancestry of my supposed demised father, on the 11th of July 2023 that does command attention within the Lakota Tribe and other native American Tribes, that his ancestry as well as my mothers has been discussed in public and with my family from as long ago as the late 1970's. I am aware of the Lakota Tribe influence on the early demise of the family members of Joseph Orin Trogstad and Myrtle Mae née Larson children who had moved to reside in South Dakota, that it was discussed in my family between my parents, Marvin Edward Trogstad and Donna née Burns Trogstad a.k.a. Delle in the mid to late 1970's stated to one another, "They're killing people!" and they were discussing families in South Dakota. I have been kept from my father for the last fifteen years by my half-siblings, Donald DeWayne Delle and Linda Marie née Delle Storey, that they've used coercion tactics on and with my mother, influencing her negatively and of her own choosing, towards my father to the degree that the last three to four years their whereabouts has been unknown to me. I filed a missing person's report out for both my parents last fall, with no response from law enforcement. Only this Spring discovered my father had been residing in the home of Linda Marie née Delle Storey in Brainerd, Minnesota. The Brainerd community, Sheriff, has known of my parents' rights to land in the Midwest that is competing with the Lakota Nation. I believe the siblings from my mother's first marriage have caused a breakdown of bonds within my family unit, and have also interfered with natural life processes and coveted my father for his family having the most signatures on the Magna Carta document. I believe that the Lakota Nation, the Fond du Lac Tribe, the Ojibwa, Tribe, Bad River Nation Tribe and the Virginia Tidewater Region Tribe referred to recently as being recognized by the United States governing body through false legislation, has plotted the demise of my father, and or taken him as a blackmarket possession, faking his demise. I do not believe my father, Marvin Edward Trogstad, is dead. I had a Lakota Tribe member that I worked with at Interstate Parking last summer 2022, her name is Misty Diggs, a descendant of the original colonist bring, a black man, to our location at the Parking Booth in Canal Park to 'check me out'. On another occasion, a black female drew someone using a gun towards the parking ramp booth. Misty Diggs was very arrogant to me about the Pamunkey Tribe and Pocahontas, expressing her anger at the English in a violent expressive way, then she did act very aggressively towards me and also caused me the loss of my job. She was sceptical rather than shocked to learn I had descendancy from the Pamunkey Tribe. I believe my father has been taken to the Mesabi Iron Range or the Fond du Lac Tribe Reservation or taken by some persons and is being held against his will or coerced, perhaps beaten for the pleasure of repaying him for what members of the Ojibwa Tribe knew about him and his interaction of members of Linda's family. Linda did incite members of her father's tribe, which may be the Crow Wing nation. That Linda drew my father to her father and caught my biological father off guard, made him feel he could trust her and her father's family. I believe my biological father is being abused sexually for impregnation of tribe members or thieving his organs, that his death is being faked so no one will look for him. My mother is non-existent in the eyes of the law or man due to Elizabeth II Mountbatten and Barack Obama creating legislation that provided the Pamunkey Tribe with sovereign land of 1200 acres if they disavowed a hierarchical line of the tribe of original colonist and Governors of the 13-colonies which my mother descends from. My mother was taken advantage of in the 1950's by her first husband's tribe and they have been working to put under my father through a condition of abuse of my father for more than 30-years. My mother has no rights and allowed this to happen keeping me away 'letting Linda do it' coveting my father's rights that Donald Dewayne Delle and Linda Marie née Delle Storey as well as Julie Ann née Delle Trogstad Lencowski do not have through their parents, my biological mother and Robert Kay Delle. Both of my parents descend from King Edward III Plantagenet and King James I Stewart and have land rights on the North American continent that would interfere with the Lakota Nation only recently established in 1991, and other tribes who have been working with the United States Federal Bureau of Indian Affairs who have been very aware of my demands in public with actual physical discussion to law enforcement, governing officials and tribes, global leaders everywhere. This is a fun game for many abusing my biological father and family and the State of Minnesota Government has taken great steps to 'fake my father, Marvin Edward Trogstad's death'. All DNA rights of the family members of Plum Tree Memory Family, all genealogical rights of the family of Plum Tree Memory Family belong to the 'Sole Proprietor' Ms. Jodi Rae Trogstad Brennan, currently residing in the State of Wisconsin, Claimant of the Crown of Scotland, Crown's of Great Britain, et.al.
