Spring is finally here!

I watched this start.

A Robin with had laid a couple of twigs on top of this meter. Flew back to the tree nearby.

I thought, they can't possibly be considering placing a nest on top of that meter.

I've seen it done, but at that moment, it was still chilly and I found it incredulous to be done.
