My 401K, Vacations, Pensions...while I've worked throughput my life in positions which I have gained vacation, 401K, gain-share, pensions, I have come to realize this may be being presented to my employers as competing where while employed with York International Corporation a.k.a. Johnson Controls, Inc. I was being forced to sign non-compete & non-harassment documents.
I was almost fifteen years into my position as Sales Assistant and about to be receiving five weeks of vacation.
I signed the non-compete questioning the reasoning for it but steadfastly refused to sign the non-harassment document really not having given a reason for it during my employment.
I now realize this entity, 'Blackstone Group' may have helped themselves to harassing me, possibly skimming $38K of my 401K, affected my vacations, career's, education, private business as a landlord, my equity, and interfered with my family bonds as though I was competing with them and my mere presence was a threat to them.
The Blackstone Group may likely be a society of thieves presenting themselves as business persons.
Do not invest in this group! They are or likely are a dangerous body of individuals willingly using cyber-technology to gain access to property and revenues that were others, such as 401K investment, killing people off before they access it, taking the service of it, fees, etc. using this to purchase property they do not have rights to acquire.
