To Governor Evers regarding State of WI Superintendent, Anthony Burrell

Superintendent Anthony Burrell, of the State of Wisconsin might be considered a problem for me with regard to my rights being violated in the State of Wisconsin. I believe that the black community has 'gone all out' to put under anyone who has had a thing to do with slavery, that is descendants of Slave Plantations. I am one of those individuals. I believe that over the six years of attempting to make my way in the Superior Community of Wisconsin that officials such as Anthony Burrell have been able to use cyber-technology and have done so to my person to such a degree as to influence my career, education, and residence. I have believed that State of Wisconsin Patrol officer Troy Stag was the greatest of influencers since I met his girlfriend in 2015 when working at REM - Arrowhead. I am now realizing that Troy's access to technology did not make him necessarily "the Man who was OUT TO GET ME!" Rather I now realize that it is a greater portion of the human race, specifically the black community who has had great fun at undermining the quality of my Wisconsin Life experience. I have introduced myself to you Governor Evers, I believe this is a real threat to my family and consider the 'need-to-know' of State of Wisconsin Superintendent Anthon Burrell 'real, true, opinion' of me and what he might have put black residents in Wisconsin up to to bring me down. It is a real not an elusive condition that the black communities mind has set themselves to and it isn't ending because things seem to be quite or there are not riots. They want the castle, titles, land and revenge and I feel the latest job rejection I received lays in the hands of the more elite black community who pull strings in the business world. I want Superintendent Anthony Burrell to state where he descends from, if it is an American Colony Planation, as well I want the United States black citizens to declare what plantations they descend from and have stated so on my website and to Senators and Congress people. This will facilitate a more appropriate understanding and dynamics of how young black youths can see a better future for themselves rather than jack off my Jaguar or capstones or life. That I might find a place to live and delve into my career goals and complete my education appropriately then create a better life for my own progeny rather than sitting in this cesspool that I feel is created by subtle black aggression putting me to a daily test, behind the scenes of their new found 'black lives', and careers that provide them everything from higher earnings and lively-hoods while I sit homeless. You and other white people in America are scape-goating this situation and treating me wrongfully and my family. This is criminal and you are "playing the game of, I have black friends and comrades" while my life is depreciating. Basically you are stating in public, "YOU AIN'T GETTING IT YOU BITCH!" And serving only a particular demographic rather than the whole.
