To Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, Melvin Carter

I just heard the tail-end of a news story about St Paul, Minnesota trying to close the housing shortage for 'black' persons in society. You are recalling that over a forty year period the 'black' persons of society were provisioned low-income housing across Ramsey County and into Dakota County. I am the recipient of the harassment the 'black' community doles out when they "get pissy" or have "nothing better to do" but 'have a little fun'. I've lost my home to former Chief of Police John Harrington, former Senator John Harrington, Governor Walz pussy-hand because he had fun at my families expense. Dirty dog is what I call him in public. The East-side of St. Paul, Selby-Dale area, Frogtown, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, West Side and many other locales experienced an influx of black persons who were given low-income packages to establish neighborhoods and live near features people seek in the city. Black persons are it appears never happy unless they have money to waive under your nose. Money they didn't have to work for at a minimum-wage job as most white people are destined for. Based on forced hiring practices it appears only black people are being hired in Federal positions and 'getting that demanded $15 minimum earning'. Black people are rarely long-term and rarely happy. Admit it, you and many other black community members are harassing white people, Mexicans, and Native Americans. Speaking for myself, not as Regent of Plum Tree Memory family members, I am tired of your public denouncement of people and lack of regard of our persons. There are so many black affluent persons who do not work or are specifically in official positions and are dominating and demanding and abusing other people in society.
