Regarding notification to the Global Community and introductions of Plum Tree Memory family members, consider this an official communication to the West Lothian Community of Plum Tree Memory family's intent to insert a presence into Scotland and as Regent and self declared Queen of Scotland, I make this statement to you today.

When it is observed by this Regent that Charles, the 'actor' Prince of Wales had full knowledge of who this Regent's parents were as long ago as the 1970's then to consider all of the actions of he and his partner Camilla Parker Bowles and her following have made in the past forty - fifty years, for me only just learning of what my rights are to move my own head under the crown and sit on the throne, I can only assert myself quickly and with sincerity to communities as fast as fast can be.

Today is my birthday and I am gifting myself and the family of Plum Tree Memory.
