Who is controlling the World's Seed's

I recalled today how I am prevented from planting my own garden.

Then I considered stories I have heard in the past about a large scale seed protection that is housed somewhere in the United States, underground, controlled by the United States government.

Per my story below, there are conditions set in motion that suggest we who are totally dependent on groceries from local supermarkets will be subjects to the crop production, and likely will be the losers in the process of required sustenance the acquiring of needed food for day to day living.
